Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fairfield County is seeking mature, compassionate individuals from Darien to serve as patient support volunteers, who visit homebound adults experiencing loneliness, personal loss, bereavement, life transitions or chronic illness and provide companionship and counseling for one hour a week.
