Tyrell Hall, 29, who has been arrested a number of times on charges he sold marijuana, drove down the Post Road in Darien in a car with a rear license plate that couldn't be read, in an unregistered car, a marijuana cigarette in the ashtray and PCPs in the center console, police said.
