We have known Kathy Larkins as a neighbor, friend and co-volunteer since she and her family moved to Darien 15 years ago and are supporting her as the candidate of choice for Tax Collector of Darien on Nov. 5. In all that we have seen Kathy involved in, she is both the consummate professional and warm-hearted community service member.
