The U.S. Coast Guard and area police will resume searching the chilly waters of Long Island Sound from Greenwich to Darien Tuesday morning for a missing 40-year-old city man who fell in with two friends when their kayak overturned off Calf Pasture Beach just before 12:30 p.m. Monday.
