The Connecticut Department of Transportation reports a motor vehicle accident is delaying traffic on Interstate 95 within a mile of Exit 13 on the Darien-Norwalk line. Very soon, normal Friday afternoon traffic can be expected to be delayed in the same area, so the accident is giving us an early start on starting slow.
