Lawley Insurance is planning to cross state lines by adding its first-ever office in Connecticut with the pending acquisition of DFM Insurance Inc. Buffalo-headquartered Lawley announced the deal Tuesday and expects to finalize the acquisition Jan. 1. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The new location in Darien, Conn.
