Norwalk Woman Charged With Driving Drunk With Kids In Darien

Maureen McGrath Ruckman, 35, was charged with DWI, two counts of risk of injury to a minor and interfering with an officer. She posted a $500 bond and will appear in court Jan. 26. Darien police received a complaint around 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13 that Ruckman had picked up her two sons, ages 3 and 4, from daycare at St. Thomas More Church in Darien and that she had appeared intoxicated.
