Those two words were how Darien hockey coach Chris Gerwig described his historic 2014-2015 season after beating Greenwich 1-0 in the Division I state title game. The win gave Darien its first hockey championship since 1969; and just two weeks earlier Gerwig and the Blue Wave defeated that same Cardinals team 5-3 to defend their FCIAC title.
