The Darien Police Department will conduct a sobriety checkpoint on Hoyt Street in the area of Middlesex Road beginning at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 25, and continuing into the early morning hours of Friday, July 26. Motorists will be stopped and asked a series of questions to determine whether additional sobriety testing is required.
