Amanda Smith Caterers will open its new boutique, tasting space, and offices at 1480 Post Road across from the public library in Darien, Conn., on Saturday, Mar. 1. There will be an open house with tastings of its new En Route dinner service on Saturday and Monday through Friday, Mar. 3-7, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hope to see you there!
