Christopher Stefanoni, of Darien, struck out in his bid to sue members of Darien Little League and its officials as a federal judge tossed his lawsuit on Monday. Stefanoni's lawsuit garnered a significant amount of buzz in Darien and around Connecticut earlier this month after he claimed his son, then 9, was demoted to a lower-level little league team after he filed an affordable housing development near a former league official's house, NBC Connecticut reports.
