Karen Jewell's Stamford Sailing Scene: Action continues to intensify along the water When you follow the local sailing scene, you soon realize that it is like watching a really good television series where the action just keeps getting better and better. At its Monday night meeting, the Board of Selectmen unanimously approved a measure to endorse Safe Rides, the program in which Darien High Schoo A students voluntarily transport other youths who have been drinking on weekend nights.
