Christopher Tuccinardi , 21, of Fillow Street in Norwalk, was charged Oct. 9 in Darien on charges of operating a vehicle with a suspended license, failure to return suspended registration, failure to insure the vehicle, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana, sale of a hallucinogenic and narcotic and possession of drug paraphernalia.
