The Board of Education heard gift proposals from the Darien Athletic Foundation on Tuesday, Sept. 9.

Gifts from the Darien Athletic Foundation don't stop with new turf fields, a pavilion and a scoreboard. The nonprofit organization presented the Board of Education with two new athletic gifts and spoke of a potential third at last Tuesday's school board meeting.
