A Torrington man was arrested Friday after Darien police accused him of leaving a 2-year-old child alone in a car for 30 minutes on a subfreezing day, police said. Ariosto Borja, 37, was charged with leaving a child unsupervised in a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
