Police say the ex-father-in-law smashed the Darien man's mobile phone when the two met at the Goose restaurant. A 65-year-old man got into a dispute at the Goose restaurant early Saturday evening with his ex-son-in-law and got so angry he took the younger man's cell phone and smashed it on the floor, police said.
