An elderly woman cycling with a group of 15 to 20 other riders was injured and dazed Sunday when she fell off her bike after crashing into a woman jogging by the side of Five Mile River Road , Darien police said. No charges were filed after the incident that was first reported to police just before 11 a.m. The rider, a 70-year-old Norwalk woman, injured her hip in the accident; the jogger had a red mark on her right thigh, but declined medical attention from an ambulance crew at the scene.
