Darien baseball rides 9-run sixth inning past Stamford

Darien's bats needed a little while to wake up Monday afternoon, but once they did the Blue Wave cruised to a 19-7 victory over Stamford at home. Darien sent 13 batters to the plate in the fourth inning, scoring nine runs on six hits to pull away from Stamford and stay undefeated in FCIAC play.
