Police said Christopher Ryle, 50, of West Haven, was intoxicated when they first dropped him off Jan. 6 at Dunkin Donuts so that he could wait there to take the train home. But by 8:37 p.m., according to a Darien police account, police were called upon to deal with him again - this time he wouldn't leave his parents' home on Old Kings Highway South.
