With dangerously cold air arriving in Fairfield County, the National Weather Service has issued a wind-chill advisory from 7 p.m. Wednesday until 8 a.m. Thursday. Overnight lows Wednesday into Thursday will be between zero and 2 degrees with wind chills between 5 and 15 below zero.
