Baywater Properties of Darien, a co-owner of the large office building at 411 Theodore Fremd Ave. in Rye, NY, has announced that the building is now 100 percent leased. The building was 55 percent leased when Baywater, which owns many of the commercial buildings in downtown Darien, and its partners bought it in 2012 .
