Namgyao Kelsang, 20, of 8 Mansfield Ave. in Darien and formerly of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested by Darien Police for attempting to sell marijuana behind the Steam Restaurant, located at 971 Post Road, according to police. After his arrest, police searched Kelsang's residence, discovering an additional 13 grams of marijuana.
