A Greenwich man, 64, was just commenting on how friendly his two Bichon dogs were after meeting another dog walker last Thursday in Tilley Pond Park. At which point, according to Darien police, the dogs charged and attacked the other dog walker's dog, a three-year-old chocolate-colored Labrador retriever.
