Twenty-one heavily armed officers from five area towns broke down the door of an Easton home -- based on a tip from a stripper -- threw in flash grenades and fatally shot a Norwalk man as he and the homeowner were watching TV. On Wednesday, the U.S. Supreme Court cleared the way for a $5-million federal lawsuit by the homeowner, Ronald Terebesi , to go forward against the police departments of Easton, Monroe, Trumbull, Darien and Wilton.
