The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that a $5 million federal lawsuit can go forward against the police departments of Easton, Monroe, Trumbull, Darien and Wilton in connection with a deadly raid on an Easton home in 2008, according to the Connecticut Post . On May 18, 2008, a regional SWAT team, staffed by 21 officers from the five towns, raided Ronald Terebesi's home at 91 Dogwood Drive in Easton while he was watching.
